Though many think otherwise, he is actually pretty deep and cares about what he's doing. He can be very under prepared for lessons but he (as all musicians are) is good at improvising and can always come up with something to talk about. Very good person to have a conversation with if students are open. Looks at conversations in a different way than most teachers. Be sure to always say that is of value because he will appreciate that. Nevertheless, he genuinely cares about his students.
Did not find him supportive or helpful when reaching out for feedback and assignments. Found him to be hostile which really makes it difficult to learn in such environment. Also was condescending and rude towards parents in interviews which makes it harder to get clear feedback. Overall, not an enjoyable and helpful teacher (especially for a private school) and would not recommend him at all.
Mr Creed is an eccentric teacher. Despite his sometimes crude humour he proves to be an intelligent individual who has many ways to challenge the students, both educationally and socially. A few of my friends are terrified of him but if you get on his good side, you'll find classes are much more entertaining instead of humiliating.
Mr Creed is full of knowledge and although he may be terrifying when mad, he is a teacher who truly cares and makes an effort with his students - a teacher that I will look back on with fond memories.
inspirational music teacher.
Had him in English in the past. Very clear and helpful teacher with high standards. Great guy, very likeable and absolutely hilarous at times. Can be rather scary when he tells you off though...
