Would always explain stuff, great teacher
He touches me and he doent explain stuff well
He helps a lot, best classics teacher
World's best teacher!
Best teacher ever!
Very strict. Gave detention after being asked, "Pauly, where's your muzzy?"
Mr Reisner was always helpful to any student in need and would go the extra yards to assist parents in understanding any problem. I thank him for his advice and support in my days at Grammer
Mr Reisner is the best teacher I ever have and ever will have. An extremely knowlegeable person with expansive knowledge of virtually anything. I am highly surprised that he is not subject master of classics. Absolutely fantastic teacher. Thanks for teaching
The guy is a brilliant resource. I had him as a form 1 tutor and I was way too immature to gain anything but latin off the guy. In year 12 I found out he had a great knowledge of classic cinema and he
great teacher. classes are difficult bcoz he makes you put in the work, but his work pays off
will drill the subject into you, which some people found annoying, though he was excellent when the work got hard
knows way 2 much. he should be a professor or somethin, not just a teacher
a very clear, easy to follow teacher, and he knows more random stuff than i believed possible
He teaches us what to know, but he treats us horribly. Deary deary me
Good at Latin but TERRIBLE at teaching Sanskrit. Not sure about Greek...
Mr Reisner's teaching style is very effective in that it drilled the facts into us. While people see him as a bad teacher, these people are mainly people who hold a grudge against him for no good reas
Had him for an intensive classical greek summer school class, excellent teaching style, had the basics down in 2 weeks.
I think he's a pretty good teacher and has good quality. The only thing I don't like is that he sometimes blames and shouts at you for doing something wrong (such as talking) when it wasn't you.
Good style of teaching but treats peps like 5 yr olds
he is very pedantic but a good homework marker and i think that his style of teaching is very effective in understanding latin.
If you can get the work done and behave, he is an excellent teacher and your grades will rise considerably. If you are not, it's all blood, sweat and tears.
We will always look 'up' to this respectable Classics teacher.
While many here seem to think that Mr. R is a bad teacher, I beg to differ. In class, he knows his stuff very well, constantly revising previous work throughout the year. His going off topic, Hitchcock and the like, is a positive, as it is a nice break from the latin we're doing. A very good teacher
Reisner routinly accused students of cheating and lying. He was right about 50% of the time, but the rest of us weren't impressed. Has moments of hilarity but is generally a paranoid little man.
A pompous, up himself, totalitarian, completely maladjusted, teacher. But he does make you think about latin. He has the emotional age of 5
