I had Pamela Dry as my maths teacher in year 9 back in 2003 when she first started at Luther College. By the end of the first semester, she already had a reputation among all students and staff for being the most incompetent member of staff and I had been moved to a different class after numerous complaints by both myself and my parents. This reputation has been echoed with each subsequent year and the fact that she still has a Job at Luther is shameful for the school. Utterly incompetent.
she has the knowledge, just can't convey it that well. Has no class control skills. Does play favourites and singles out kids. School should overview some teachers
She's ok, she always getting annoying guys who try to pick fights with her though.
She always try's her hardest to teach but really cant and always asks you for the answer when you dont have your hand up. If we new the answer we'd say so.
knows the subject matter well herself, but cannot convey this knowledge across. unable to command respect or authority in the classroom.
Tortures the class with extremely boring work, and doesn't utilise laptop capabilities enough.
She can't explain anything which is not very useful considering she teaches VCE level mathamatics.
A massive push over and can not control the class. You tell her what to do. Although she is smart in some aspects of teaching she does not know how to give a proper threat.
