Amazing teacher, pretty lax, and has empathy. Awesome having him (but he's on long service leave and we get miss Powell hahaha fun.)
If you've seen blade runner you will understand my fear of mr roger poking his head into various classes all the time...
The most amazingly wonderful music teacher, seriously, he is great! He gets all the theory down and engages with us really well. The only downside is when those kids (you know the ones) try to take advantage of him by talking in class. If you have Mr Rogers, rejoice.
BEST TEACHER EVER!!! always has fun and could pass as a drama teacher
Mr Rogers is very fun and teaches music in a way that i've personally only seen in one other music teacher in my primary school... He makes it engaging and something fun rather than a boring subject.
Mr rogers is cool but we never actually do any work which is amazing
Always tells jokes and makes class very fun
Amazing teacher, really lovable. My favourite teacher at mod so far :), always so happy and upbeat.
Fun, relatable, talented, funny, smart, loveable man
I find it interesting that years ago he chose to install the MAC computer system over windows for the music lab...who knew that that was probably the best choice ever as MAC is the best way to do music on the computer....smart choice Mr Rogers!
The best music teacher at mod. He is the only one there with any grasp of Jazz or contemporary music. He does however enjoy musicals a bit too much.
An excellent and fun teacher, and most importantly, someone who I can really relate to. He has an excellent knowledge of music theory, but his interest in jazz and contemporary music really sets him apart from other music teachers. He is the master of any keyboard, incorporating fun piano improvs into every lesson he gives... and even outside of lessons! Perth Mod simply wouldn't be Perth Mod without the faint sound of Mr Rogers' accordion at lunchtimes. By far one of the best teachers I've ever had.
He is a great person, funny and caring, but needs to work on his teaching methods. Sometimes it is hard to understand him. Also, his constant jokes makes him lose control of the class (for a short time) a lot, which becomes irritating.
A jazz obsessed, humurous but annoying teacher. Finds ways to humiliate and fails to teach new songs and teach a choir. Is alright for class music but terrilble for choirs.
Very supportive of musicians no matter what genre or musical abilty they are into. Very understanding and easy to talk to. Also a VERY talented musician who can improv possibly anything and everything on the keys. Basically, he's the MAN of the music department as far as I'm concerned.
Awsome person and personality!!! He's soooooooo happy all the time and so fun to be around...although, sometimes mad!!!
Macs are awesome, and so is Mr Rogers! I happen to like Latin music and it's better than classical. Can go a bit psycho sometimes, but you learn stuff, so it's all good.
The patroller and "enforcer" of the music department, he takes control of situations involving masses of students on concert nights. Says "OK SCUSE ME! LISTEN UP!!" too much, and took anger management
fantastic guy he makes it really fun and exiting which is hard. But be warned he breas out in song sometimes!!over all fantastic funny, cool, great teacher.
really nice guy, i've never actually been in his class but i have him for choral and music lit. funny and random. i remember when he bribed us with mentos at the junior concerts
Starting randomly eating an APPLE during a colleague's concert performance examination. What more can I say.
A bit too groovy for my liking. A strong knowledge-base in the field of jazz and blues, Mr Rogers struggles to find an interest in the classical period; although stressing that this isn't the case.
