Mrs Ensly was absolutely one of the worst teachers I had ever had. She is not only a horrible teacher, relying on textbooks and videos instead of her own explanations, but she has no idea how to deal with children. She's nice enough to her favourites, but if you manage to get on her bad side (a VERY easy thing to do), she is ruthless.
Horrid! Couldn't understand a word she was saying. She doesn't help much and is so unhelpful.
She spends the lesson reading through the textbook and is unavailable to help outside class hours. All learning is done by ourselves outside of the class.
Zomg one of the best teachers. She helps us with everything
Get her in lower school - hilarious class + hilarious bloke of a gal
Get her in upper school - you're gonna have to self motivate
guiz plz ensly is best teacher oce - gery lin
one has to self teach if you're in her class, doesn't know what she is doing all the time, wastes half the lesson trying to t'teach' and figure out why her answer is wrong, asks students for help, sits at her desk with her laptop all day long
Ms Ensly knows the course that she is meant to be teaching to a BARE MINIMUM, and for anything beyond that, she is hopeless. She constantly makes mistakes in teaching, gets utterly confused when explaining things, and reads us things out of books that we have in front of us. She teaches everything as if it is simply a rule that we must remember - never teaching us why it works or in any form of depth. However, I must say that she does try hard for her students who care, which is to be commended.
dont like her. learnt stuff but was rather dulled out and bored. thank god i dont have her this year!
Instead of cruising on her laptop she should try teaching. That's what she is paid to do!And do so with a pleasant and enthusiastic manner!
She "teaches" us stuff...well really tells us that this is it and do this algebra! Um what are we doing? (GROAN) Fine i'll have to do it all over again!...never mind
Not helpful.. only likes people who are madly smart.. thinks everyone else is not good enough.. o and also only likes her old class..
she's a good teacher, good technique, but she has random mood swings, she's not consistent but overall helpfull.(&she makes BAD jokes!)
Very unhelpful and not overly nice. Holds a grudge. Spends half her time on her laptop.
does she read this? gawd bit harsh some of these? nah i reckon shes a preety good teacher, likes to play on her lappy a bit i suppose but nah shes taight us some pretty cool stuff n some of the maths i think she goes through a
First time I have had her and the first four lessons of this year have been both pointless and agravating, learning things that a 12 year old should know. Partly not her fault (Curriculum) but she also teaches it badly.
Too lazy and unhelpful, and much too carefree about a seemingly serious subject which requires it to be taken seriously. Obviously she isn't- she's the maths teacher playing the PC teacher. It needs to be the other way round!
Miss Ensly has a wealth of experience in the IT industry that I enjoy hearing about.
Students have to rely on own ability to achieve A or B, no help at all in class, sits on laptop, whole class complained to principal has resulted in a little better class. Cannot teach Info Sys at all
At least she keeps the social chit chat down so I can get some work done, I think she knows her stuff and is trying really hard.
I would agree with the first rating - has absolutely no idea how to teach a class, many of her students achieving D's when they definately have potential to be better.
She is however a reasonable mathematics teacher. Although she cannot teach Information Systems, she has a wealth of experience in the IT industry, and many relevant qualifications. She plays waterpolo
