I had Mr Latham for chemistry in year 11/12 (1995-1996). He was a brilliant teacher. Very knowledgeable, and with a great sense of humour. We would laugh all lesson. Very fond memories!
“I must organise my life better” :-)
Chemistry classes in 95/96 were my most memorable times. Mr Latham was a fantastic teacher who I still think about often.
He is great teacher with an interesting sense of humour.
HES SO FUNNY AT TIMES
good man,very funny at times.
Mr Latham was a fantastic teacher who demonstrated a good balance of didactic learning, classroom discussion and practical exercises. While quite strict, he is able to engage with students in a way that promotes fun and enthusiasm.
He is funny, friendly and personable at the same time as being an amazing teacher. He taught our year 12 physics class as well as science classes throughout highschool years - and he always taught us well- very informative and clear in his teachings- but kept things interesting and challenging so that we were motivated to learn. Top teacher
He makes sure you fully understand.. often through acting it out. Goes a little further than the textbooks, but the lesson is often stimulating and interesting. Favourite teacher for me :)
had him for both physics and chemistry in year 11 and 12. Strict teacher but very good at teaching. Knowledge is power. That's what you've taught me Mr. Latham!
Although I only had him once, he was the BEST teacher I ever had. He is a little strict but nevertheless, he makes you get the work done and has to be the smartest person that I have ever met.
Very strict but extremely good at teaching - had him as a sub once, which was one very good lesson!
I had him for homeroom and he was awesome. lots of big words that were completely unneccesary. but he is funny. and probably the smartest man i have ever met. (only good teacher at wghs)
Totally strict, if you are privileged to be in his class you will benefit from his extensive knowledge and teacherly charm.
