Mr Lacey taught me yr11-12 modern history in 2000-2001 and he is the best teacher I had at high school. Extremely knowledgable, passionate and interesting. It's a shame people underestimate him.
Really great teacher. He knows so much about history and really is helpful. Thanks to you, Mr Lacey, I am now about to do honours in hist. Thanks
According to other teachers, he's like a historical database and knows a lot about history but maybe he should just be a historian. Lessons were full of reading the textbook and doing questions...
Mr Lacey definately knows about history but he's just preparing you for uni life:) i had him in yr 9 and his lack of action motivated me to self study which is what you need to do in uni :D
He was a good teacher but I hated how people kept making fun of his weight. He actually was a very nice and smart teacher to good behaved students.
I think he entered the wrong job... The only way to learn is to continuly ask questions, which is sometimes hard when you have nothing to ask from. But I like how he does know EVERYTHING
Rarely turned up to lessons, when he did we were directed to read the textbook. Cannot communicate, rated highly in "easiness" as you can do anything when he's absent.
Knows his stuff. Without a doubt. Just not made to teach? It's such a shame. It's just that he doesn't communicate well with the students.
Very knowledgeable but an EXTREMELY poor teacher. As others have commented, he definitely doesn't like students...never should have become a teacher!
knows history.. but vERY SCARY. and i dont really like u.. no offense.
ok teacher who obviously knew what he was talking about but he definitely hates students
I stormed out of roll call and he screamed for me to come back and i could hear his from down the stairs.. i think that was they only time he was communicating clearly. but he's funny. in a cool way.
He knows a lot about History but he's not a very good teacher and is pretty hard to communicate with.
