Should be more delicate with his baton when indicating staccato. Also should move the stick more fluently when expressing vibrato. He needs to brush up on his 3/4 conducting, as he emphasizes the 2 a bit too much. SPEAK LOUDER
Yes- when you're doing your exam and he writes feverishly on his sheet, it's hard to focus; you KNOW you're nervous and doing crap!
