10 years since leaving primary school and I still have David's voice guiding me in day-to-day life. Memories of the 'poison pen' to help correct spelling mistakes and extra-curricular lessons about the ways of the world, he was one of THE most influential teachers of my early education.
I'm still rockin on. Teaching secondary now. Glad to know that I had a positive affect on you. Everyone changes as life moves on Life is a changing force and thank God for that. A'int Apple the best? :)
great teacher! he was my teacher when i was still in my primary school, and now i'm at university studying to be a primary school teacher. he inspired me :)
Easily one of most memorable teachers when I was in primary school. Looking back now and trying to remember some of the lessons he taught not only about computers but about life, it's amazing how quickly those lessons become the foundation of all my future learning and how I look at the world (Even though I didn't know it at the time =P).
he is a GREAT TEACHER, he was my teacher back at smdp in 1995-2000, he is a great man and yes, he loved MAC computers.
the bloke change the way I thought and learnt, with my age, he probably has retired by now.
Lol yeh Mr Gatt was so cool back in the day and he was obsessed with Mac computers. I hear he moved schools to st marys. He helped us with our attitude problems but un4tunately after yr 6 ppl changed.
this dude rocked when he worked there.... actually knew what a MAC was
Mr Gatt used to teach me when I was in primary school. He is the only teacher who ever taught us about life so that when we became older we don't make wrong choices.
