Irresponsible & reckless. Willing to mislead and avoid truthfulness. Advises parents of only what he wants them to know & not of what the NEED to know about their children & surroundings whilst in the care of the school under his management. A principal is given automatic trust & respect with the title, when this is abused or misused it should be removed.
